UNICEF Child-Friendly Territories

The UNICEF's global Child Friendly Cities Initiative (TAN in spanish), active across 40+ countries, lacked the digital infrastructure to operationalize child participation in local governance. Resources were scattered across formats, recognition processes were inaccessible, and no platform existed to unify the strategy or reach vulnerable rural populations with limited digital access.

I led the end-to-end design of a physical and digital board game to strengthen child participation in governance, and designed the first version of the TAN digital platform including information architecture, UX flows, UI design, content structure, recognition processes, and community participation tools.
